Special Delivery info during on-going Covid related issues:
All orders are mailed from our office in Ontario, Canada using Canada Post Lettermail Prior to the pandemic, US orders were mailed from Michigan, however, this is currently still not possible. The result is that shipping to US is taking far longer than normal. 2-3 weeks is currently not uncommon. Please allow for this delay when anticipating arrival of your order.
Returns
Items may be mailed back for refund within 30 days. Simply send us a quick email to let us know its coming back. We will refund your order when we receive the return.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
