Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide an exchange or refund.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. All requests for a return needs to be made via email or through our contact page.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCESS
2.1 Email us at email@example.com or contact us on our 'contact' page to let us know you have an issue. If issue can not be resolved, we will make a not that we are expecting your item to be returned.
2.2 Simply mail (normal lettermail is fine) your itme back to us.
2.3 Once we recieve your item, you will be refunded using the same method with which payment was made during time of order.
2.4 No refunds will be given for return shipping.
