1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping on all our products. Currently, due to Covid restrictions and CND/USA border closures, all orders are mailed from our office in Sarnia, Ontario.
2. Order Status & Tracking
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment.
Canada Orders
- Standard Canada Post — FREE for all local orders. Delivery takes approximately 3–10 working days.
- Express Service — Available for $15. Delivery takes approximately 3 working days and includes tracking.
Shipping method must be selected at the time of order. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If you created an account before or during checkout, you can check your order status on our website. If you ordered as a guest, tracking updates are not available. Creating an account after placing a guest order will not enable tracking.
USA & International Deliveries
Due to the ongoing Covid crisis, we are currently unable to cross the CND/USA border. Normally, orders would be mailed from Michigan to reduce delivery times.
- Standard Lettermail — FREE for all USA and global orders. Delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks. No tracking available.
- Express Service — Available for $15. Delivery takes approximately 1 week and includes tracking.
We understand this is slower than usual and apologize for the delay. Despite the slowdown, our lettermail service has remained extremely reliable — with virtually no lost mail in over 12 years and tens of thousands of shipments.
3. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
No taxes or duties are charged on US or global orders. Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST/GST at checkout.
4. Mode of Payments
We accept payments via:
- VISA / MASTERCARD (credit & debit)
- American Express
- PayPal
PayPal Express Checkout does not require a PayPal account. You can use it as a trusted third-party checkout without signing up.
We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
