1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer FREE standard shipping on all our products. Currently, due to Covid restrictions and CND/USA border closure, all of our orders are being mailed form our office in Sarnia, Ontario.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our office in Sarnia, Ontario.

Canada Orders

There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.

Standard Canada Post– is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 3-10 working days to reach you from the time of order.

Express Service – is available at an additional charge of $15 and it takes approximately 3 working days to reach you from the time of order. Tracking is available for Express Service.

Your choice of shipping can only be made at the time of order.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You may check your orders on our website if you created an account before or at time of checkout. If you ordered as a 'Guest', it is not possible to recieve order updates. Creating an account after your order is placed will not help you in tracking your order that was placed as a guest.

USA and International Deliveries

Currently, due to the ongoing Covid Crisis, we are unable to cross the CND/USA border. Normally we would mail our orders from Michigan to reduce mailing times substantially. Our default free shipping is with Canada Post lettermail (via USPS lettermail).

Standard Lettermail Service – is FREE for all USA and Global orders and it takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks to reach you from the time of order. We realize that this is very slow service. For some reason mail has become very slow during the Covid pandemic. We really apologize for this. There is no tracking available for this service. Even though delivery has been slow, it has been very reliable. We have almost never lost any lettermail in the past 12 years out of the many 10,000's of lettermail orders that we have mailed out.

Express Service – is available at an additional charge of $15 and it takes approximately 1 week to reach you from the time of order. Tracking is available for Express Service.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

There are no taxes or duties charged on US or Global orders. Only Canadian customers will be charged their applicable HST/GST at time of checkout.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTERCARD credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Please note that payment through Paypal express does NOT require you to be a Paypal member. So if you prefer a trusted 3rd part checkout (like Paypal), you can use them without become a member. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
