Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if you are not. For any reason you are dissatisfied, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund.
1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns
All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. All requests must be made via email or through our Contact page.
2. Exchanges & Returns Process
2.1 Email us at sales@keylessfix.com or use our Contact page to let us know you have an issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will note that we are expecting your item to be returned.
2.2 Simply mail your item back to us (regular letter mail is fine).
2.3 Once we receive your item, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
2.4 Return shipping costs are not refundable.
